2024 Daily Event Pricing (Full Day rentals)
- Friday Wedding/Event: $3,000 (Off-season $2,800)
- Saturday Wedding/Event: $3,500 (Off-season $3,200)
- Sunday - Thursday Wedding/Event: $2,800 (Off-season $2,600)
- Sunday (Before a Holiday) Wedding/Event: $3,500
- (Off-season rates run from December 1 - April 1) Full day rentals are from 8am - midnight
Special Packages
The Ranch Package
$6,900 (Off-season $6,300)
Friday and Saturday rental with coffee station and unlimited water and staff onsite Saturday. Access Friday at 8am - 11pm for set up, grooms' dinner and rehearsal (dinner provided by Hazel's Sweet Treats & Eats Catering for up to 20 guests). Saturday 8am - 12pm pastry breakfast, coffee station, unlimited water, wedding set up, ceremony, reception, and dance.
The Prairie Package
$6,500 (Off-season $6,000)
Friday and Saturday rental with coffee station and unlimited water. Staff onsite Saturday. Access Friday 8am - 11pm for set up, grooms' dinner and rehearsal (no food provided). Saturday 8am - 12pm pastry breakfast, coffee station, unlimited water, wedding set up, ceremony, reception, and dance.
The Grassland Package
$3,500 (Off-season $3,200)
Friday rental and Thursday evening 5-hour rental with a coffee station, unlimited water, and staff onsite.
Caterer Special
Pricing Available upon Request
Monday through Sunday Ranch rental will include a coffee station, unlimited water, and staff onsite. In house caterers, Hazel's Sweet Treats & Eats, will discount food package for wedding/event reception if hired.

When renting Ranch Receptions for a wedding or full day event you will have access to the building and its amenities from 8am - midnight. Music and bar close at 11:30pm.
A-La-Carte Additions
We strive to include everything you need into the rental price, but here are a few additions if you want to make your day a little extra special.
- Wait Staff: $150 Per Staff (Covers 5hrs of Service)
Staff will refill snacks and dessert table, assist with bussing tables, keep tables looking neat and clean, begin decoration tear down and other cleaning items during their service time. - Hot Beverage Station: $150 (Includes Disposable Cups, Lids, Straws, Sweeteners, and Cream)
Coffee, multiple flavors of tea or hot chocolate - Drink Station: $45 for Two 3-Gallon Containers
Lemonade, tea, fruit water (breakfast drinks available upon request for additional charge). - Table Cloths & Linen Rental: Pricing Varies Based Upon Color and Weight
Colors available, black and white accent colors vary. - Early Entry Fee: $175 for 1-Hour Early Access (7am Opening)
- Kitchen Use: $500 (5 Hours Use Day of Event for Outside Caterers)
